Family Research Council (FRC) has obtained a copy of a 2002 fundraising letter from late-term abortionist George R. Tiller in which he claims he personally contributed $200,000 to ProKanDo, a political action committee dedicated to defeating Kansas Governor Kathleen Sebelius's pro-life opponent. Dr. Tiller's PAC receives funding not only from his own clinic but from other late-term abortionists from across the nation.

In it, he says that during the civil rights movement he was "too busy" to participate, but now clls abortion "the single greatest issue of civil rights.")
