Randy Neugebauer Introduces PRO-LIFE Act: U.S. Representative Randy Neugebauer (R-TX) introduced H.R. 6173, the PRO-LIFE Act (Protecting Life in Funding Education Act). The bill restricts federal funding to state and local educational agencies that contract with school-based health centers, unless those centers certify they will not perform abortions or provide abortion-related materials or suggestions to any student.
