Woman charged in teen's abortion | Indianapolis Star | indystar.com: A Southern Indiana woman has been charged with arranging an abortion for a 15-year-old girl without the consent of the girl's legal guardians, Indiana State Police said Friday. Kacy L. Heath, 43, Owensville, is charged with conspiracy to commit identity theft and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Heath allegedly paid for the abortion and transported her to Grant City, Ill., in February for the procedure. Police said the girl was pregnant with the child of Heath's 21-year-old son, who was arrested earlier and charged with sexual misconduct with a minor.
