Planned Parenthood Criminal Case Moving Forward, Preliminary Hearing Set for Oct. 24-26 :Operation Rescue: A motions hearing took place this morning to consider arguments about whether or not the public may be allowed to see evidence that Planned Parenthood committed illegal late-term abortions then manufactured documents to cover up their crimes. Planned Parenthood of Kansas and Mid-Missouri faces 107 criminal charges filed by former District Attorney Phill Kline.
