Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention and Services - Planned Parenthood - New York City: The Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention and Services Program, supported by the New York State Department of Health, is an umbrella that encompasses a number of programs in the South Bronx that are addressing teen pregnancy: Planned Parenthood of New York City with Big Brothers Big Sisters of New York City, Federation Employment and Guidance Service, and Morris Heights Health Center in a collaborative effort to provide education, case management, referrals, and mentoring to at-risk, pregnant, and parenting adolescents up to the age of 21.
