Rockford Pro-Life Initiative obtained a copy of the inspection report, which lists some frightening violations. The Northern Illinois Women's Center did NOT meet the requirement of a sanitary facility. It was determined 'that 3 of 3 operating rooms inspected failed to ensure a sanitary environment.'
