Man charged with murdering woman who refused to abort his child | LifeSiteNews.com: A Houston man was arrested yesterday on suspicion of murdering a woman pregnant with his child after she refused an abortion. The Los Angeles Times reports that 19-year-old Joseph Mike Devia was taken into custody at a Navy Training Camp in the Chicago area and is being extradited to Texas. He is being charged with capital murder in the August 2010 death of Omoyeme Obehi Erazua.
