Victory: Appeals Court Upholds Texas' Ultrasound-Abortion Law

Victory: Appeals Court Upholds Texas' Ultrasound-Abortion Law | LifeNews.com: A federal appeals court has upheld a pro-life law in Texas allowing women a chance to see an ultrasound of their unborn child prior to an abortion.

During the recent 82nd Texas Legislative Session, the Sonogram Bill (House Bill 15) was passed and signed into law by Governor Rick Perry. This historic law protects a pregnant woman’s right to view her unborn child and hear the heartbeat of that child before making a decision about an abortion.

  1. No this law forces a woman and it harasses her on her decision. If she wanted an ultrasound she could get one before hand. This is a mandate to intimidate and harass. Women are not stupid, stop treating them as such and we know exactly what it entails. It not you uterus or your body. STAY THE HELL OUT OF OUR LIVES. TO HELL WITH YOU AND YOUR DAMN MAKE BELIEVE GOD.
