Shock: 56% of Abortions in New York City are Repeat Abortions | LifeNews.com: The Chiaroscuro Foundation sought information about the number of repeat abortions in New York City and it found that in 2009 48,627 of the 87,273 abortions (56%) were repeat. That compares to 44% nationwide, according to the CDC.
