Carhart Dinged with Admonishment from Maryland Board of Physicians :Operation Rescue: Operation Rescue has been notified by the Maryland Board of Physicians that it has completed its investigation of late-term abortionist LeRoy Carhart and has issued an “Advisory Letter” to him, based on their findings. The Board informed Operation Rescue that the Advisory Letter will not be made public.
The investigation was based on a complaint filed by Operation Rescue alleging that Carhart lied to the Medical Board about his abortion business in order to gain licensure in Maryland, and that he routinely falsified fetal ages by taking bogus ultrasound readings.
