Pro-life group aims to create “states of refuge” | Greeley Gazette: Operation Save America has identified five states that have only a single abortion clinic within its borders, Arkansas, Mississippi, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wyoming. This year the group is focusing on closing down these five clinics, thus making the entire state a “state of refuge” for the unborn. While abortion would still be legal, in order to obtain it the mother would have to travel to another state.
