Teen pregnancies fall by almost 10 per cent | News | The Christian Institute: The number of teenage pregnancies in England and Wales fell by almost 10 percent in 2010, according to new figures. Norman Wells, from the Family Education Trust, said the reduction came at the expense of “spiralling rates of sexually-transmitted infections.”

Editor: More STDs but fewer pregnancies? Does that mean there were more abortions? That condom use was down but hormonal contraception was up?
