Planned Parenthood clinic relocating from NH to Vt - Boston.com: A Planned Parenthood clinic in western New Hampshire is moving across the Connecticut River to Vermont -- a change officials say has more to do with building needs than politics. Last year, New Hampshire's Executive Council did not renew a two-year $1.8 million contract with Planned Parenthood, citing its involvement in abortion services. Bills were introduced this year targeting abortion providers, including one that would have cut off public funding.
