Michigan PCCs Meet to Discuss "Reproductive Rights" Legislation

Michigan Family Forum is working to educate pregnancy care centers around the state about troubling legislation currently before the Michigan House. House Bill 5158 would place burdensome mandates on pregnancy care centers if passed as introduced, including a requirement that all centers provide clients with a directory of abortion and family planning providers in the community. While the bill was amended significantly in the committee process to remove the most egregious elements, MFF continues to work to defeat the legislation.
