Planned Parenthood plans 'Back to School' event

Planned Parenthood of San Diego and Riverside Counties is sponsoring its third annual “Back to School” event on September 9. Free haircuts will be given to the first 25 children Grocery bags will be given to parents. And backpacks and school supplies will be handed out donated by Planned Parenthood.
