Like a store clerk or banker trained to detect counterfeit bills by focusing on real money, Colleen Tronson (Metro Women's Center in Crystal, MN) decided to put herself on a week-long "fast" from reading anything related to "them" and "their agenda" and to focus on the LORD's provision for us in this battle. "In this work sometimes I get bogged down in making sure I am up to date on the latest information from the pro-death side so I am prepared to counter it with truth, but wading through all the junk can become very depressing.
"They don't have anything new to say, only lies repeated a different way. God's Word is truth, Psalm 73 reminds me to focus on it and not get caught up in thinking that they are winning. They may be winning the culture war, but they can never defeat TRUTH--the real thing!" Amen?
