QUERY: Hotline tips

Peg Percival of Compassion Pregnancy Centers in NE Indiana asked if we had a simple and quick resource on how to handle common hotline or office phone inquiries, such as "How much does an abortion cost?" etc. She's looking for something to post near the phone, or a role-playing training resource.
