Center for Reproductive Rights to sue the FDA over emergency contraception

According to a CRR email:" One year, seven months, and 23 days. That’s how long the Obama Administration's FDA has ignored a court order to reconsider its refusal to make emergency contraception (EC) available over-the-counter to women of all ages. . . . [T]he FDA . . .is breaking the president’s promise to restore scientific integrity to federal policies. The time for waiting is over. The Center for Reproductive Rights is taking the FDA back to court today."
