Fargo clinic doctor renews license, but could still face charges | INFORUM | Fargo, ND: A physician at Fargo’s Red River Women’s Clinic has reinstated her state medical license but still faces a review concerning possible criminal charges if it is shown she performed abortions without a license. Dr. Lori Thorndike, whose North Dakota medical license expired on June 30, renewed the license this week with the North Dakota Board of Medical Examiners.
