Be the One has been saving and changing lives in Palm Beach County since 1992. "Over the years, we have educated hundreds of thousands of students on how to have healthy relationships as well as to avoid high-risk behaviors. Emphasizing character development and leadership skills, Be the One encourages youth to say 'yes' to healthy relationships and to say 'no' to high-risk behaviors such as alcohol and drug use, sexual activity, and violence." Be the One is the prevention department of First Care Family Resources.
