Medical student recognized for work expanding Planned Parenthood
University of Arizona College of Medicine student Natasha Bhuyan has received a 2010 leadership award from the American Medical Association. Among other things, Bhuyan helped to expand Medical Students at Planned Parenthood to three locations in Phoenix, Ariz., giving students the opportunity to learn about the full spectrum of reproductive health. She has been an active leader in getting more abortion education for medical students at the UA. AZ Daily Star
