Rockford citizens had worked for weeks with the Rockford police department to find out all the requirements to have this fully licensed and accredited free clinic service for women come to Rockford. They were told it was in compliance with all regulations.
Yet on the morning of September 8, a pro-lifer noticed abortion clinic owner Wayne Webster talking and laughing with a Rockford police officer. The police officer accused this free mobile ultrasound unit of 'Soliciting' on a public street and ordered them to immediately leave Rockford.
