The district attorney's office will seek the death penalty in the stabbing death of 34-year-old Kimberly Lewis and her 4-month-old fetus. Because of a change in Alabama law in 2006, the fatal stabbing quali fies as capital murder because two people were killed as a re sult of the stabbing.
