Judge Betrays Public Safety, Allows Unsafe Abortion Mill To Reopen :Operation Rescue: Yesterday, a Louisiana judge lifted the emergency suspension order issued by the Department of Health and Hospitals last week allowing an abortion mill to reopen that was deemed to pose an immediate threat to the health, welfare, or safety of patients.
