Veronica Nakyewe writes this note: "Thank God for your prayers. Today we . . . were able to transfer Sister Joy to a private Hospital where she is receiving medical treatment required for her condition. There has been a lot of silent and low morale with in us all here at The Comforter’s Center. And today will be able to get sleep with the knowledge that Sister Joy is being taken care of and in the right hands at least.
"In the public Hospital, She slept on the floor for several days before and she only got a bed after some one died. And since then many have been coming in the same ward and leave dead. With Sister Joy now in the private Hospital. We hope she will be able to recover with in time. I will keep you update.
"But thank you, for your encouragements, there have been days where I needed just encouragement words and many of you have been standing with us. We are partners in everything. And special thanks to our Big Family of the Kingsland Baptist Church for coming to the rescue of our wounded warrior."
