Decision on NYC PCCs expected mid-July

Chris Slattery reported on the hearing Wednesday: "The courtroom was packed with standing room only this afternoon, and our pro-life attorneys did a great job arguing for Preliminary Motions against NYC's new Local Law #17, previously Bill 371, which was passed into law in March. The judge may rule the law is unconstitutional by the date of its planned enactment, July 14th.
