Editor: I don't understand how they're so sure it was the initial decision (to cut PP) and not the subsequent one (to reinstate PP) that caused the backlash. If they're supporting PP and their funding falls off, then that would indicate to me people wised up. They're saying, in effect, that their former donors are now acting petty and not principled.
