Abortionist Riley Formally Charged by Maryland Board in Illegal Abortion Ring :Operation Rescue: The Maryland State Board of Physicians has issued formal charges against Utah abortionist Nicola Riley, an associate of illegal late-term abortionist Steven Chase Brigham. Her next hearing is scheduled for April 6, 2011. In the new document filed last week, the Medical Board formally charges Riley with fraudulently attempting to obtain a medical license, unprofessional conduct, aiding an unqualified person in the practice of medicine, and lying on her medical board license application.
