HHS to Indiana: Hoosier Daddy?: Considering that the administration was willing to shut down the entire government to fund Planned Parenthood, HHS probably wouldn't bat an eyelash to cut off Indiana's funding stream. 'This is yet another example of the Obama administration forcing its social agenda on the states,' said Congressman Joe Pitts (R-PA). 'The people of Indiana, working through their elected legislature and with the support of Gov. Daniels, want to stop their tax dollars from going to abortion providers. We can expect the federal government to intrude even more in state decisions should the [health care takeover] be fully implemented.'
