Idaho woman charged after fetus found in box

Idaho woman charged after fetus found in box - KIVITV.COM | Boise. Breaking News, Weather and Sports: An Idaho woman faces a felony after she told police she took pills to terminate her pregnancy and kept the fetus in a box on her back porch.

According to a police report, Jennie L. McCormack of Pocatello told authorities she took pills to abort the fetus because she did not have enough money to have the procedure done by a licensed professional. McCormack told police she believed she was 14 weeks into her pregnancy, but an autopsy later found the fetus was between five to six months of gestation.

Editor: So many questions. What kind of pill? Misoprostol (Cytotec)? Where'd she get it? Why don't reporters and editors know that's what we need to know?
