Planned Parenthood will close a fourth of Indiana clinics if law stands, attorney says » Evansville Courier & Press: If a federal judge does not block an Indiana law preventing Medicaid dollars from going to Planned Parenthood, it will have to close a fourth of its clinics in the state. That’s what the attorney from the American Civil Liberties Union of Indiana, which is representing Planned Parenthood, told the judge at a hearing Monday morning.
