Abortion clinic closes

The Mahoning (OH) Women’s Center, the target of numerous anti-abortion demonstrations, vigils and physical confrontations over its 33-year history, has closed. The abortion clinic shut down operations at the end of business Tuesday. It is closing because of the retirement of the owner and the decline in business.
