New Health Care Bill and the Meaning of Birth Intervals?

Jim Harden of CompassCare was interviewed recently for a Washington Times article regarding our perspective on the language in the proposed Health Care reform bill regarding the 'Birth Intervals' language used.

    I believe that it could impact the PRC movement nagatively by goverment restrictions on the services we would be able to provide. All though, I can clearly see our post-abortion recovery programs growing dramatically.
