Abortion provider's license suspended

Louisiana has revoked the license of a Gentilly clinic that performs abortions, citing several violations of the health codes that govern abortion providers. According to the Department of Health and Hospitals, the Gentilly Medical Clinic for Women had been operating without a registered nurse on staff, without a controlled dangerous substance license and without registering with the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration.
