Casting Too Wide a Net

With the battle over health-care reform winding down, the U.S. Congress is poised to tackle the financial arena. But ministries are crying foul over the potential reach of a proposed Consumer Protection Agency. ECFA's president, Dan Busby, is concerned about the effect it could have on churches and charities.
