Police say Levi R. Hogwood admitted to hitting his pregnant girlfriend several times Monday afternoon. According to court documents, he had just found out the girlfriend was pregnant and he “didn't handle it very well.” Hogwood is charged with simple assault and terroristic threats for trying to hit her in the stomach to harm the fetus.
