MUST READ: State Regulatory Legislation Aimed at Pregnancy Centers

Many States have been entertaining legislation (usually informed by NARAL) to dictate, limit, or otherwise standardize the activity of pregnancy centers. NARAL continues to amass information about pregnancy centers using covert investigations, sending in volunteers under false pretenses as a woman concerned she might be pregnant. NARAL then uses the information to generate a base of information to support the restrictive legislation they propose. The legislation keeps getting more focused and more difficult to deflect.
