Surfer rides her pro-life convictions
An international surfing star is receiving support from a national women's rights organization for boycotting a major surfing event scheduled to be held in China. "I have deep political and personal reservations," she writes, "with being a part of any sort of benefit to a country that actively engages in human rights violations, specifically those in violation of women."
