Local pro-life advocate Mary Emanuel was at the abortion facility at the time and said, “We are still investigating as to the severity of the botched abortion and only pray that it was not fatal or caused serious injuries.” Since then, Emanuel obtained the recording of the 911 call Planned Parenthood officials placed to emergency personnel.

In the call, the Planned Parenthood caller casually tells the dispatcher that abortion center staff “have a patient that is bleeding that we need to transfer to the hospital immediately. We just did an abortion on her.” After confirming the patient was “not yet” in shock, the caller asked that the ambulance and emergency responders use the side door of the facility to not draw as much attention.
