Mandated reporting: Centers must be above "don't ask, don't tell"

Abortion clinics avoid at all costs obtaining information about adult/minor relationships. This is something centers must not fall into. Center directors and peer counselors need to seriously and intentionally investigate their client's remarks to make sure the center complies with the reporting laws of their state.
