Update from Rita Willoughby

Rita is the executive director of the PRC in Lawton, OK, recovering from radical cancer surgery. The healing is going slowly, and she is continually exhausted. But through all of it, she's praising the Lord, and reports: "The PRC is running smoothly. We have an incredible staff and host of might-in-spirit volunteers.
